What information do we collect and how do we use it?

We collect and use information about you to ensure that we can continue to provide you with a first class service. You provide us with your information directly when you make a purchase, shop online or request our measuring and quotation service.

In order to purchase from us, we also need to use your information and to collect your debit or credit card number and expiry date.

This information is then used by us, our agents and sub-contractors to authenticate your identity, to validate your debit or credit card, to authorise the transaction and deliver and install your purchase.

Your information is also used to communicate with you on any matter relating to the provision of your purchase.

Our furniture stores

Queen Street Carpets (1973) Ltd includes our  “CASA” furniture shop in Topsham and “Queenstreet Carpets & Furnishings” shop in Alphington. We share information that you provide to us with both shops to allow us to fulfil your order and manage any potential service issues after the delivery of your purchase.

Managing your marketing preferences

At any point that you interact with us, you may be given the opportunity to opt-in to receive CASA marketing communications.

CASA will only send you marketing communications where you have consented to receive them and using your preferred channels of communication.
